Description: Hiking season is finally here and we decided to celebrate by visiting Fort Worden State Park. The park is located at an old military fort and was primarily used to defend Washington State against Japanese fleets during WWII. Now, some of the the old buildings are open to the public to go and explore. This is a very impressive state park and defiantly worth the visit!
